2011 Java Card Technology Forum, Russia

The Java Card Forum (JCF) is the industry organization whose main objective is to promote and evolve interoperable smart cards. Globally we have as an industry delivered more than 8 billion cards and in 2012 we will celebrate our 15th anniversary.

As Officers of the JCF, in association with Oracle, we have the pleasure of inviting you to attend our Java Card Forum Open Day, an exclusive event targeted at selected Marketing/Business Decision makers planning to deploy smart card technology. We have chosen St. Petersburg for our 2011 Open Day, due to the development of many smart card projects in the surrounding area and the influx of key players in the mobile environment. As the specification for the next generation platform, Java Card 3.0, has now been released, we would like to take this opportunity to share with you the benefits of Java Card technology.

The Java Card Forum Open Day will provide you with an exceptional opportunity to discover how Java Card technology could expand your business.

During the Day a team of industry experts will:

  • Introduce you to the JCF and Java Card technology
  • Present a variety of success stories using current Java Card technology in a variety of market sectors
  • Provide an overview of Java Card architecture and deployment criteria
  • Demonstrate solutions utilizing the Java Card platform
  • Facilitate networking with other industry leaders, as they discuss their Java Card needs in Russia and beyond

Who should attend?
This event is key for marketing and business decision-makers interested in smart card innovations in areas such as telecommunications, ID and banking.
During the event you will be able to network with your peers and our panel of Java Card specialists (including such companies as Gemalto, Giesecke & Devrient, Morpho, NXP and Oracle), and receive live demonstrations of the technology.
